Here’s how to get started with Meredana:
1 – Choose your personalized weight loss program and complete your order online.
2 – After enrolling, you’ll complete a secure medical intake questionnaire covering your health history, lifestyle, and weight loss goals.
One of our board-certified physicians will carefully review your information and connect with you through our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
3 – Once approved by your physician, your prescription and medication will be shipped directly to your door in discreet packaging.
4 – Your journey doesn’t stop there.
We continue to support you throughout your program to help you get the best possible results from your treatment. You’ll also have secure access to message your care team anytime with questions, plus guidance from our in-house wellness and nutrition experts.

What happens if my Meredana physician decides I’m not a candidate for treatment?
If your assigned Meredana physician determines that you are not an appropriate candidate for a specific treatment or medication, you will receive a full refund.
What if I need a higher dose?
Semaglutide & Tirzepatide Weight Loss Programs
– If your treatment requires a dosage increase, simply discuss it with your Meredana physician during your follow-up check-in.
– There are no additional price increases as your dosage is adjusted under our standard treatment plans.
How does shipping work?
All prescriptions are filled and shipped from an accredited U.S. pharmacy.
Your medication will arrive in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs and is typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the time your prescription is approved and written.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed. Please monitor your tracking updates closely so you can refrigerate your medication promptly upon arrival.

Can I use my FSA or HSA for Meredana GLP-1 medications?

We recommend checking directly with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility and better understand any copays or out-of-pocket expenses before beginning treatment with Meredana.
What’s the difference between an FSA and an HSA?
- FSA (Flexible Spending Account): Funds typically expire at the end of the calendar year, so it’s important to use them before December 31.
- HSA (Health Savings Account): Funds roll over year after year, making them a valuable option for long-term healthcare and wellness expenses.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you may cancel your program at any time.
To request cancellation, please email admin@meredana.com and include the word CANCEL in the subject line. A member of our support team will confirm your cancellation request and assist you with the process.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Once you enroll in the program, you may cancel at any time. Programs are billed on a monthly basis, and as long as your cancellation request is submitted before your next renewal date, you will not be charged for the upcoming month.
